Tax
A sales tax of 8.3% is added to all orders shipped to Arizona addresses. Sales
tax is not charged on shipments to addresses outside Arizona.
Payment Options
If purchasing online or over the phone, we accept American Express, VISA and MasterCard
credit cards. If purchasing in our store, we accept the credit cards
named above in addition to ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We also
accept cash or personal checks (accompanied with a valid picture ID).
Phone Orders
We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. If you prefer
to order over the phone, please call us at 602-225-9513 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. MST, Monday through Saturday. We would be happy to answer any questions
you may have and help you select the perfect stuffed animal or teddy bear gift.
Confirmations
Once you have placed your order online, you will be shown an order confirmation
screen with the details of your order. You are encouraged to print this information
and keep it in case you need to refer to the order in the future.
An order confirmation containing the same details will also be sent via email
to the email address you supplied during the order.
If you are unsure whether your order was successfully placed or not for any
reason, please call us at 602-225-9513 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST, Monday
through Saturday. We will be happy to verify your order over the phone.
Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates are the perfect gift for anyone. This gift certificate
allows people to select their favorite stuffed animal gift and redeem the value
of their certificate toward that purchase, either over the phone or at our store
location. Gift certificates are available in any amount you wish at $5 increments.
To purchase an in-store gift certificate, you may...
- Drop in and visit us.
- Call us at 602-225-9513 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST, Monday through
Saturday. We will be happy to take your gift certificate order over the phone.

us page. Let us know what you need and we will contact you to complete
your gift certificate order.
Please Note: The purchase of a gift certificate is not taxed. Gift certificates
are usable online at this time.
Promotion Codes
Promotion codes are redeemed during the checkout process. On the Order Summary
screen, enter your promotion code in the field called “Discount or Gift Certificate
Code:” then click "Recalculate" to view any discount. If you are having trouble
redeeming a discount code, please contact
