Shipping Methods
Stuffington Bear Factory offers available shipping options from USPS and FedEx
for delivery within the U.S. We currently ship to domestic and international
addresses, with the exception of P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
The cost of shipping is based on the type of products you select, the quantity
and the location of the shipping address. The cost is also based on the rates
made available by the shipping providers named above. Some items may carry a
shipping surcharge; if applicable, shipping surcharges will be noted prominently
on the product detail page.

Processing Time
Our buiness days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays. It
takes 1-2 business days to process orders. Orders received on Sundays will be
processed the following business day.
We strive to continually update the inventory on the website. When an order
includes a product we no longer have in stock, we will contact you as soon as
possible so that the order may be amended. In this case, the processing time
becomes based on how soon we are able to contact you and how soon we receive a response
that allows us to resolve and fulfill the order.
Shipping Time
Your delivery time is based on the shipping option you select for your order.
Use the following as a general timeframe for shipping time.
USPS Priority Mail - 3-6 business days
USPS Express Mail - 2 business days
FedEx Ground - 5-7 business days
Overnight Delivery
If you require overnight delivery, please call us to check availability.
Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time will be the processing time plus the shipping time

Returns & Exchanges
Based on the policy described below, Stuffington Bear Factory will happily
accept an exchange for another selection, or provide a refund if you wish to
return an item.
For an exchange or a refund, merchandise must still be in new condition (including accessories) and be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To return or exchange an item, please contact
us.
